I'm going to use The Timeber Frame Set and make it like a pine forest for the theme of the coaster.

for the station you should make it a forester place on a hill, then make a rock tunnel for the track going under the station.

Go to atari forums and find one of the boulder rock sets. Those work really well for tunnels, i just suck at using them.

Updates Yahhhhh!Here are some updates, mainley with the station since I'm happy to finally figure out how to build it.

EDIT: Also, I'm srry to not be able to do the rock tunnel under the station.
Also, does it kind of look like a ranger station?
